Important Details
- Original shipping and White Glove delivery fees are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the customerās responsibility.
- Refunds are processed within 3ā7 business days after warehouse inspection.
- Custom orders, final sale, clearance, gift cards, and outlet purchases are not eligible for return.
Order Cancellations: Orders may be canceled before shipment for a full refund. Once shipped, outbound and return shipping costs will be deducted. Custom orders cannot be canceled once production begins.
