Returns & Exchanges:

Return Windows

Furniture: Eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.
Décor & Accessories: Eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.

To Qualify: Items must be in original, unused, and resalable condition, with all tags, packaging, and proof of purchase included.

Important Details

Original shipping and White Glove delivery fees are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after warehouse inspection.
Custom orders, final sale, clearance, gift cards, and outlet purchases are not eligible for return.

Order Cancellations: Orders may be canceled before shipment for a full refund. Once shipped, outbound and return shipping costs will be deducted. Custom orders cannot be canceled once production begins.

Motion Mechanism Warranty: Covered by an 18-month warranty for recliners, gliders, and swivels. This does not apply to damage caused by incorrect installation, unauthorized modifications, or improper use.
